ALL MONDAY WORKOUTS THROUGH SUMMER WILL START @ 6:30AM, BEGINNING MONDAY, JULY 13.

Are you an incoming freshman, transfer student or an existing SM student that wants the chance to run with the Eagles? Then XC Summer Camp is for you! It is the only way to prepare you for the distance season and a great off-season conditioning sport for athletes from other sports. Several years ago a soccer player tried it and became the Orange County Runner of the Year. He is currently attending UCSB on the scholarship that he earned from running. Also, Boys' Cross Country is a no-cut sport if you attend 80% of the summer practices.

Please browse this site. You'll find last year's summer training schedule and summer trip info, along with a lot of other Cross Country information.

Click here to let Coach Zeitler know that you want to be part of this proud tradition!
